The board considered local historic designation for 825 Almeria Ave (with two small additions proposed) and 605 Navarre Ave (garage enlargement, restoring the front porch, and a variance for a 3'-6" side setback). It also heard alterations at 3903 Granada Blvd, an H. George Fink home permitted in 1924.
